Combine Your Goals with Your Exercise.



Today at boot camp we focused on 5 goals we wanted to achieve this week. As we hit each exercise and worked the reps for the full minute we had a clear focus on what we needed to accomplish. These can be big goals we need to knock off, for example completing an ambitious project, or indeed something closer to home such as planting some flowers in your hanging basket. Whatever they are it is great to start of the week pairing up your goals with an exercise and using your determination and focus to push you through and keep you clear and confident.
